Make the Most of the 8th Annual BBQ on the Bay with the following information:

GETTING THERE:
There's no way around it, parking is limited. Please SHARE THE RIDE or better yet COME BY WATER!
SHARE THE RIDE: Please no single-person vehicles! We can't possibly park 400+ cars, but 200 we can manage! We will have Towne Park attendants on hand to direct your parking and Towne Transport shuttles to shuttle attendees from satellite lots.

PARKING
Towne Park attendants will greet guests and direct parking in the limited spaces at the event site. Once those spaces are filled attendees will be directed to two satellite lots on the way to the venue (Edgewood/Bembe Beach Road) that will be marked with BBQ on the Bay Signage. Towne Transport shuttles will shuttle attendees from these lots to BBQ Registration.
In addition to these spaces we have parking spaces sponsored by Zu Coffee and Scott Brothers Wine and Spirits available at the Bay Forest Shopping Center (934 Bay Ridge Road, Annapolis, 21403).
PLEASE NOTE: The approved area for BBQ attendees and the area where the Towne Transport shuttles will pick up and drop off attendees is PARKING AREA 1 in front of our Sponsor businesses (far end of the lot adjacent to Georgetown Rd.). Please follow the Towne Park attendants and do not park in other portions of the shopping plaza.
COME BY WATER
To bypass the parking drama and start your evening with a Boat Ride, park your car at the Annapolis City Dock (Susan Campbell Park) and take the Watermark Water Taxi to Bembe Beach (A.K.A Annapolis Sailing School). Metered Parking is in effect until just 7:30pm so you can park at 5:30 and pay for 2 hours of meter parking then hop on the water taxi ($4 per person each way) and arrive relaxed and ready to mix it up! At the end of the evening CRTC staff will be happy to call the water taxi to take you back to the City Dock.

The theme of this year’s BBQ is "Technaritaville” – designed to take the edge off the suit and tie format of typical tech networking by creating an island oasis in the heart of Annapolis – so the dress code is casual and shorts (and flip-flops) are welcome.
