Understanding Bid Protests: the new normal in government contracting
December 5, 2012
8:00am - 9:30am

"Understanding bid protests: the new normal in government contracting,” presented by James Boland of Venable will provide members insight into federal procurement bid protests from the perspective of outside legal counsel that every government contractor should know. With the frequency of bid protests continuing to increase, you need to understand what you can do and what you should considering doing if the ground rules of a competition are unfavorable, if you are eliminated from a competition or if you are not selected for award.  You also need to understand your options and key considerations if your new contract award is protested, as well as strategies for successfully navigating bid protests before they begin.

Host Sponsor: Center for Cyber and Professional Training (CCPT) at Anne Arundel Community College
