Bill Graf, of M&T’s Investment Banking Group, will discuss the current drivers and challenges in today’s M&A environment and how companies can best position themselves to drive value for future success and higher valuations.

About Bill Graf:
Bill started M&T Bank’s government contract lending group in 2007. Over the last 6 years, he has financially and strategically assisted dozens of government contractors in the MD/DC/NOVA area. In 2012, Bill was asked to join the M&T Investment Banking Group to further strengthen their government contracting M&A team.
