Is Ft. Meade and NSA the epicenter of these Federal Cyber initiatives? Will the Chesapeake Region become the "cyber security silicon valley"? Where is the commercial "cyber world" going?  What's the future for the Department of Defense's joint cyber command? Will personal security concerns impair our competitive advantages?
