This company goes above and beyond to better the community throughout the regional through donation of time, resources and education. Community service for this company is not just an annual event, it is a way of life.
Rising Star Award recognizes a fast growing, high achiever in the regional technology community. Rising Star companies are likely on their way to Tech Company of the Year. They have hot technology, they are innovative and fast growing and typically sport an awesome team.
Future Innovator Award promotes excellence in technology advancement by a regional high school student. The award fosters new thinking in the understanding of technology and its place in the future careers of area students. Students compete for this accolade as individuals and can self nominate or be nominated by a teacher or mentor. This award is open to students in grades 9-12. The CRTC is proud to provide the winner of the Future Innovator Award with the Steven W. Oxman STEM Scholarship Award of $1000.
Woman in Tech (Appointed) honors an individual who best exemplifies the outstanding contributions made by women in advancing technology in industry, business and society.
Governor’s Award (Appointed) is awarded to a Maryland tech company that has given the most to Maryland through growth, job creation, promotion of a sense of community and community service give back to the state.
