In his role as a Senior Account Executive at Chesapeake Telephone Systems, Tim consults with his clients to provide the best solutions for their telecommunication needs. For over 30 years, Tim has been in telecommunications, starting with AT&T as a central office technician in Arlington Va. He spent many years in the Washington DC area with AT&T in the roles of Project management, Quality control and customer service for data and voice communications for the commercial and federal government sectors.
After many changes in the industry, Tim relocated to Albuquerque, New Mexico and in 2004 joined Time Warner Telecom, as an Enterprise Account Executive, providing voice and data solutions to the New Mexico business community. After a successful career with Time Warner, Tim decided that he missed the Chesapeake Bay and decided to get back to the "salt life”! He now resides in Pasadena, Md, enjoying his new career at CTS. Through the years, Tim has learned to enjoy taking the complicated world of data and voice communications and helping businesses grow and prosper through technology.

Snezana Cockburn is the Business Development Manager for Windstream Communications, a company that provides voice, data and IP services to businesses, which she joined in 2004. Initially overseeing the opening of PAETEC DC sales office, she now manages the partner program and develops strategic technology alliances, creating customized IT solutions that meet the complex client needs.
Prior to joining PAETEC, Snezana spent over 10 years in the international medical sector with J&J, where she helped grow their presence by introducing medical franchises, creating channels for international trade and barter, local manufacturing and distribution to countries in Eastern Europe. She also helped establish educational programs for surgeons and introduced new and innovative surgery technologies through training and seminars. Snezana served six years on the Board of the US Chamber of Commerce in Eastern Europe. From Maryland, she graduated with Honors from the University of Nottingham (UK) with a degree in Russian and Serbo-Croatian studies.

Mr. De Angelo has strived to implement and improve financial, operational, and management discipline as a platform for business growth throughout his career. He has had P&L responsibility in various sized organizations ranging from $5 million to $350 million. In addition to his finance and operations background, he has been responsible for successfully running sales organizations and has been very involved in business development and mergers and acquisitions efforts, having completed over 30 M&A and start up transactions in his career.

Eric Eitel is a commercial insurance agent with Raley, Watts, and O’Neill, an insurance agency and full-service risk management firm headquartered in California, Maryland. He specializes in helping tech companies, federal government contractors, and non-profits protect their assets from financial catastrophe. Working closely with business owners, Eric helps to identify shortcomings in existing risk management strategies and finds ways to reduce related expenses. As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a former farmer, Eric likes to say that he took the scenic route to get to where he is today. He is a techie at heart, a self-proclaimed insurance nerd, and an active member of his community. Eric lives in Lusby, Maryland with his wife and two children, a boy and a girl. In addition to his ambassador duties, Eric is on the board of directors for the United Way of Calvert County and a member of The Bay Business Group, The Patuxent Partnership, and the Southern Maryland Navy Alliance.
