They are the great connectors responsible for recruiting, involving and retaining members.

In his role as a Senior Account Executive at Chesapeake Telephone Systems, Tim consults with his clients to provide the best solutions for their telecommunication needs. For over 30 years, Tim has been in telecommunications, starting with AT&T as a central office technician in Arlington Va. He spent many years in the Washington DC area with AT&T in the roles of Project management, Quality control and customer service for data and voice communications for the commercial and federal government sectors.

After many changes in the industry, Tim relocated to Albuquerque, New Mexico and in 2004 joined Time Warner Telecom, as an Enterprise Account Executive, providing voice and data solutions to the New Mexico business community. After a successful career with Time Warner, Tim decided that he missed the Chesapeake Bay and decided to get back to the "salt life”! He now resides in Pasadena, Md, enjoying his new career at CTS. Through the years, Tim has learned to enjoy taking the complicated world of data and voice communications and helping businesses grow and prosper through technology. 

Snezana Cockburn, Business Development Manager, Windstream

Snezana Cockburn is the Business Development Manager for Windstream Communications, a company that provides voice, data and IP services to businesses, which she joined in 2004. Initially overseeing the opening of PAETEC DC sales office, she now manages the partner program and develops strategic technology alliances, creating customized IT solutions that meet the complex client needs.

Prior to joining PAETEC, Snezana spent over 10 years in the international medical sector with J&J, where she helped grow their presence by introducing medical franchises, creating channels for international trade and barter, local manufacturing and distribution to countries in Eastern Europe. She also helped establish educational programs for surgeons and introduced new and innovative surgery technologies through training and seminars. Snezana served six years on the Board of the US Chamber of Commerce in Eastern Europe. From Maryland, she graduated with Honors from the University of Nottingham (UK) with a degree in Russian and Serbo-Croatian studies.

Mr. De Angelo holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from the University of Maryland University College, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the Villanova University School of Business.

Mr. De Angelo has strived to implement and improve financial, operational, and management discipline as a platform for business growth throughout his career. He has had P&L responsibility in various sized organizations ranging from $5 million to $350 million. In addition to his finance and operations background, he has been responsible for successfully running sales organizations and has been very involved in business development and mergers and acquisitions efforts, having completed over 30 M&A and start up transactions in his career.

Eric Eitel is a commercial insurance agent with Raley, Watts, and O’Neill, an insurance agency and full-service risk management firm headquartered in California, Maryland. He specializes in helping tech companies, federal government contractors, and non-profits protect their assets from financial catastrophe. Working closely with business owners, Eric helps to identify shortcomings in existing risk management strategies and finds ways to reduce related expenses. As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a former farmer, Eric likes to say that he took the scenic route to get to where he is today. He is a techie at heart, a self-proclaimed insurance nerd, and an active member of his community. Eric lives in Lusby, Maryland with his wife and two children, a boy and a girl. In addition to his ambassador duties, Eric is on the board of directors for the United Way of Calvert County and a member of The Bay Business Group, The Patuxent Partnership, and the Southern Maryland Navy Alliance.

Having been with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC for 18 years as the Director of Marketing and as a real estate broker, Trish Farrell specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial real estate. Trish has been involved in the leasing and marketing of over three million square feet of office, retail, warehouse/flex, and mixed use space. This experience has given her an understanding of both the landlord and tenant perspectives and the economic realities that affect their negotiations.

Trish has represented companies on a local, regional and national level. Her in-depth knowledge of marketing, sales, and leasing, allows her to provide full commercial real estate services to her clients. Focusing on the Baltimore/Washington Corridor, Trish works out of the Annapolis and Maple Lawn offices. Trish is a graduate of the University of Delaware and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication.

When not at work Joe spends most of his time with family and friends, but athletics keep him and his family active also. Whether it is playing, coaching, watching we like being out and doing things. Joe has lived in Maryland for most of his life and has been living in AA county since 1993 and currently reside in Edgewater, Maryland.

As a Real Estate Advisor for MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, John works on the daily leasing and sale operations for landlords represented in the Baltimore Washington Corridor and Annapolis market. Jim Gibbons is Partner and PIM Portfolio manager at G & M Investment Group, an Investment Advisory firm specializing in investment management and financial advisory services. Our firm helps investors with portfolio management, 401k setup and advisory, and Rollover IRA’s. Jim began his investment career in June of 1998 at Ferris, Baker Watts in Baltimore working with individual investors and local institutions. From these early days began Jim’s first understandings for the need for another perspective in managing investments and began studying technical analysis including; trend analysis, point and figure charting, relative strength, and tactical allocation. Jim is an Associate Member of the Market Technicians Association in New York. Over the years, he has written many articles on investing which were published in the Capital-Gazette. Jim and Steve Marohl were co-hosts of the "Annapolis Money Report” on both WBIS 1190 and WNAV 1430.

Jim is a graduate from Severn School in 1991 and Western Maryland College in 1995 (now known as McDaniel College), majoring in both History and Political Science as well as a minor in Philosophy.
He and his college sweetheart, Danielle, reside in Severna Park with their two energetic boys. He enjoy most every outdoor activity. When he and Danielle are not relaxing with each other, one of his greatest pleasures is to be on the sidelines of his boys sporting events, mostly as their coach.

Zack Greene, CPA CFE is a Manager at HeimLantz, P.C., a full service business accounting and consulting firm with offices in Annapolis, Maryland and Alexandria, Virginia. Mr. Shenas previously received his Bachelor Degree in Political Science from Barton College in Wilson, NC, where he held 5 semesters on Honor Roll while being a four-year member of the Golf team and a full time student. George was also a member of Alpha Sigma Phi National Fraternity.

Mr. Shenas lastly held an internship at Cauley Pridgen P.A in Wilson, NC during his full time student athlete schedule. Here he provided project research, reviewed case files, and attended critical client meetings allowing him to acquire an understanding of the law environment.

As George is starting his career he has received his Commercial Real Estate License for the state of Maryland and is looking to become active in his community as a prospective member of BNI Anne Arundel, Ambassador for CRTC. George also serves as the Director of Junior Golf at Old South Country Club in Lothian, MD and is an active alumnus of DeMatha Catholic High School.

Born and raised in Annapolis, MD, George has returned to his hometown with aspiration to grow his roots.

Ron Seligmann is a Business Sales Officer with Wells Fargo’s Business Banking.  He joined the bank  in 2007 and enthusiastically embraces the bank’s culture of commitment to community solutions. As an Officer of the Bank Ron’s role is to assist companies achieve operational efficiency and growth, resulting in financial success.  Ron utilizes a one-stop shop solution, serving as a gateway and navigator to the 80+ business lines within the bank. While Ron has expertise representing Wells Fargo as the country’s largest SBA Lender, he also is able to provide financing solutions in the areas of asset backed lending, accounts receivable lending (Factoring), and working capital loans.       

Ron resides in Annapolis and is an active supporter of the non-profit, The Severn Riverkeeper, as he spends much of his  free time crabbing the Severn, cruising the Severn, or paddling the creeks in his kayak.

Susan Wilkes has 25 years of sales, marketing and start up experience and is currently the Center Manager for BusinesSuites at the Annapolis Towne Centre which she helped open in May 2013.
