Provide Managed Services for NMR Commercial Clients.  Partner with CIO and Executive level customer representative to develop 3-5 year strategic IT plans.  Provide budget and technological advice to match customer’s business needs with IT solutions.  Execute projects and support with minimal interruption and maximum customer satisfaction.

Keep abreast of new technologies and offer advice and guidance on their impact to existing service portfolio.  Responsible for maintaining and developing commercial’s standards and practices in alignment with NMR’s company’s mission.
 
Interface with customer’s executive and technical representatives to develop projects.  Write and present project proposal.  Manage and execute projects.
 
Offer Tier III support and junior engineer mentoring.  Projects and support require in-depth knowledge of Microsoft network platforms as well as a practical understanding of LAN/WAN technologies such as virtual subnetting, VPN and secure wireless communication.
 
Proficiency is expecting in some or all of the following:  MS Exchange, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, VMware.
