SCOPE OF WORK / DUTIES:
Selected candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding Federal Government accounts by providing clients with IT solutions to include any of the following areas: Storage, VoIP, Wireless, Security or Professional Services. Major responsibility will be devoting time with new and existing customers at their locations promoting Force 3 and our capabilities.
• Identify new accounts and maintain an impressive presence with customers that turns a sales relationship into a long-term partnership - “win- win” for both parties
• Develops, drives and executes sales strategy and account planning focused on advanced technology solutions
• Ability to network within account/organization to identify key decision makers
• Be a “Hunter” who is able to uncover new business and develop and grow new relationships
• Implement sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
• Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with Force 3 business objectives
REQUIREMENTS:
**TS/SCI clearance is highly desired or US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a government clearance is required***
Experienced Federal sales with 5 + years proven track record of success in the IT market selling hardware, software and professional services (Storage, VoIP, Wireless or Security). Optimal candidate would be a highly motivated individual with a Bachelors’ Degree in business, marketing or other related discipline or at years experience in IT sales industry. Candidate must have established relationships or a customer following with key federal decision makers. Candidate should also have sales management and leadership experience.
Hours: full-time 40 hour work week with some travel required. Overtime will be required during peak season (July – August) or as needed
