Work History National Account Manager 4/2008 – present, Materialise Dental Inc., Baltimore, Maryland My current responsibilities include the management of a $1.5 Mil territory that includes 25 states where I am accountable for all SimPlant and Surgi-Guide sales for all SimPlant clients in my territory. My duties also consist of: Extensive monthly sales analysis and reporting, help implement a smart link between sales to customer service; expand the partner sales (all major implant and CBCT) via business development, manage maintenance renewals contracts, guide and conversion sales and establish new master sites within the national territory, grow current 3rd party course sales through relationship building, develop new 3rd party courses and expand the university initiative by visit/lecture/train all participants within the National territory. Also, I provide extensive software feedback, testing, training materials and work closely with the development team at HQ in Belgium.
